86th Annual Meeting
Our 86th Annual Business Meeting will be held in person at the Maui FCU Main Branch on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Only primary members* will be permitted to attend. This is a meeting function only.
Registration is required and you must register by Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
*Primary members are account owners who have paid the non-refundable membership fee of $1.00. Primary members are
all individual account holders. Only the first name listed on a joint account is a primary member.

The winner will be drawn on Friday, February 9, 2024. Valentine’s gift basket must be picked up by Tuesday, February 13th.

Eligibility
- Maui Federal Credit Union (MFCU) membership is required for participation and eligibility.
- The Love My Credit Union Valentine’s Day Gift Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the Maui who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You do not need to be present to win. No purchase is necessary in order to win.
- Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

OFFICIAL RULES - The giveaway is sponsored by Maui Federal Credit Union, 107 E. Wakea Avenue, Kahului, HI.
- Maui FCU employees, Board and Committee Members, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.
- The Giveaway runs from Friday, January 12, 2024 through Wednesday, February 7, 2024. All entries must be submitted by Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 11:59 pm HST to be considered eligible to win. Maui FCU has the right to change the dates and times.
- Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries. Only one entry per participant will be counted via Facebook or Instagram, unless the participant qualifies for a bonus entry by sharing the post to their Facebook or Instagram story. Participants may be eligible for additional entries by opening new share accounts, booking a loan, or utilizing their Maui FCU Visa Debit or Maui FCU Visa Platinum Credit Card. Maui FCU, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process. Maui FCU further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway if it is not capable of completion as planned, including because of infection by tampering or unauthorized intervention.

- Giveaway will be held Friday, February 9th and winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified by phone or social media on or after Friday, February 9th, 2024. Winner must accept the prize by February 13th. Any winner notification not responded to may result in prize forfeiture, in which case another winner will be selected by random drawing. All prizes must be picked up at the Maui FCU Main Branch by the winner. The winner will need to bring photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport to verify name and date of birth. All federal, state, and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility. No prize or portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Maui FCU may or may not photograph the winner. The winner agrees by his or her entry to allow his or her name and image to be used for Maui FCU advertising, educational, promotional or other legitimate business purposes.
- For the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope and a request for a list of winners to: Maui FCU, Marketing Department, 107 E. Wakea Avenue, Kahului, HI.

- It Pays to Drop by at Maui FCU – Throughout the week of October 16th - October 21st, drop your name into our piggy banks. For every visit to your Maui FCU branches, you will be entered to win two of our $25 Cash and Gift Giveaways. To enter the drawing, you must visit a branch and perform a transaction with us. The more you drop by, the more chances you have at winning!

Calling All Keiki! ICU 2023 Youth Coloring Contest

WHO CAN ENTER
To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be family members of a Maui Federal Credit Union member between the ages of 0 and 12 years old.
Employees of MFCU and their immediate family members are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses and children.
HOW TO ENTER
- Download the ICU Day Coloring page and print your coloring page or pick up a copy at one of our branches. Have your keiki show off their inner artist!
- Parents, just snap a picture of your child holding their unique masterpiece and use #MauiFCUicu2023 on the photo. Enter Online by emailing your photos to media@mauifcu.com or through private message via Facebook or Instagram. You can also tag us on Instagram or Facebook @MauiFCU. Remember, your picture MUST include the hashtag to be eligible to win! Must Submit Entry by Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 11:59 PM.
- All entries will be judged by a group of judges based on age consideration, creativity, and overall piece. Winners will be announced at 5:00 PM on Friday, October 27th via Maui FCU social media.
By submitting a photo(s), it constitutes permission for us to post the submission on social media and we may use the submitter’s name and photo for purposes of advertising and promotion by the credit union without compensation. Entries must be submitted by the parent/guardian of child.
By entering, participants represent and warrant that they own the picture submitted, and it does not violate the rights of any third parties. No lewd, crude, or offensive photographs will be accepted. MFCU reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any entry.
THE PRIZE(S) PER CATEGORY
1st Place will receive a $25 Gift Card (no cash value)
2nd Place will receive a $20 Gift Card (no cash value)
3rd Place will receive a $15 Gift Card (no cash value)
All Youth Entries will receive a gift for participating.
Each winner will be notified by Facebook’s private and public message. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide his/her correct name, address, and telephone number to MFCU at the time of notification. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize. There is no limit on how many times a participant may enter. However, only one prize will be awarded per child. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that MFCU has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes.
